THE FOUNDY WAY
We realized that physical activity could be unpleasant and very intimidating; our goal is to break down those walls and offer an alternative to the corporate gyms and ego-based gyms. Furthermore, our goal is to promote a (healthy) positive work environment that will be embraced by our clientele and translate into a healthier lifestyle.
Some of our programs incorporate high-intensity interval training with recess like games which allows the brain to be stimulated (or preoccupied) positively while pushing the body to its breaking point. We named this H.I.I.P. (high intensity interval playing)
Our energy is very open and laid back, but our workouts are very intense and get the job done. Workouts change daily (and actually vary from trainer to trainer, and class to class).
You’ll never do the same workout twice!

Blake Zerboni Steinhoff
Twenty years ago I was the smallest player on the soccer field. Although my twin sister and I were quite athletic (thank you Mom and Dad) and relatively skilled for 6 year olds, an innocent bystander would never have guessed that 12 years later we’d be standing at Drake Stadium ready to start our first UCLA Division 1 soccer game. In San Clemente, CA born and raised, on the playground is where I spent most of my days… Thought I’d drop a Fresh Prince of Bel Air line to get this story rolling.
