Adult PE is a new spin on traditional exercise programs.

 

Adult PE combines kid-like, playground and recess type games with a strenuous workout

that tricks your mind into enjoying your workout and forgetting how hard you are working!

 

ATTN: You may find yourself smiling, laughing, completely fatigued, and fighting for air all in the same moment.

This workout will be as easy or as hard as you want it to be.

 

We are a high intensity interval program. But don't be scared—it's actually a LOT of fun!

ADULT P.E. classes tend to run about 1 hour long:

5 minute warm up + 40-45 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training) + finished off with a 5 to 10 minute cool down.

 

ADULT P.E. is a High Intensity Interval Training program.
