So, we thought to ourselves, “Why not let the kids take part in the fun?!”
This super fun high-intensity interval training includes body weight exercises mixed with functional training techniques to improve overall fitness. Creative games to increase heart rate are included in between this station-focused hour long workout. Fun is the underlying goal of everything the kids do, but there is also a demand to be disciplined to get better.
